Reasons to vote Labor

I can't vote in next years federal election (as I won't be a citizen by then) however, if I did have that privilege then Labor would have just given me the first reason I've seen thus far to vote for them (other than hating Howard/Liberal Party of course).

The current system of full fee paying students being able to get into university courses with marks lower than Govt supported students is a disgrace and an anathema in a supposed merit based society. Labor is absolutely right in it's proposal to abolish these places and right to pledge to make up the funding gap. Maybe they could use the $112 million pledged by the Govt to subsidise anti-porn filters as start...
